If you are
not a member of The Hellfire Club (do not have a new style membership card),
please complete the following, short form and then, read and sign the attached
T’s & C’s. As a private members Club, we are
required to hold your name and address but are also very aware of the
sensitivity of this information, and take your privacy very seriously. Having this information is not only a requirement
in law but also provides a means for the Club to enforce its privacy rules, on
your behalf.

Privacy & Terms and Conditions
All Members must agree to this Privacy Agreement before being allowed to attend any events sponsored by The Club (The Hellfire Club & Hellfire Diners Club).
1. General Statement
I/ we have approached the Club seeking membership in order to experience and possibly participate in the lifestyle of the members. I / we intend no harm, interference or disruption to the organization or its members. In order to be permitted to attend Club events, I agree as follows:

Protection of privacy I will respect the privacy of the Club and its members, including but not limited to the following: (a) I will not divulge the identity of any member of the Club, to anyone outside of the Club, without their permission. (b) I will not discuss or disclose any of my experiences in the Club with anyone outside the Club, in a manner which would cause other Members to be identified. (c) I am not offended by nudity or sexual interaction, taking place in my presence. (d) I will not bring any device that can record images or sounds to any Club event. This includes, but is not limited to, cameras, camera phones tape& digital recorders. Should I inadvertently bring such a device to a Club event, I shall leave it with a Club host or hostess for retrieval upon leaving the Club event. I shall not make any recording, either photographic or sound, at any Club event without the express written consent of the Club officials. 3. Provision for members of
the press and official bodies I represent that, if I am a member of the press (including television or radio), Police, council or normally act in any official capacity, I am present at this Club only in my private, individual capacity. 4. Privacy of Members’ information I understand that all information provided by Members, or prospective members, to the Club, will be held in the strictest confidence and shall only be used by The Club to administer The Club and will not be communicated to any third party, without my permission.
